Job Summary:
We are seeking CNA's and HHA's with a passion for serving veterans who require in-home care. This role is dedicated to providing compassionate support for those who have served our country, ensuring they receive the dignity, respect, and quality care they deserve in their own homes. If you have experience in personal care, mobility assistance, and specialized veteran support, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist veterans with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
✔ Provide mobility support (transfers, ambulation, wheelchair assistance)
✔ Prepare meals, assist with feeding and medication reminders if needed
✔ Offer companionship and emotional support, especially for veterans facing PTSD or cognitive decline
✔ Work closely with VA programs, care plans, and healthcare teams to ensure the best care possible
✔ Maintain a safe, respectful, and dignified home environment for the veteran
✔ Provide mobility support (transfers, ambulation, wheelchair assistance)

Qualifications:
✅ Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification
✅ Valid CPR
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Patience, empathy, and a deep appreciation for veterans' service
✅ Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable)
✅ Physical ability to assist with transfers or lifting

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
